These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Izadora, operating from the Netherlands.
1. Business Information

2. Scope of Services
Services and products may include: - Commissioned artwork - Digital artwork and downloads - Paintings and physical artwork - Prints and books - Live or recorded performances - Licensing of artwork
3. Commissioned Artwork
3.1 Commission Process - Client submits a brief or request. - A quote and scope are agreed upon. - Work begins after payment is received. 3.2 Payment - For commissions valued under EUR 5,000, full payment is required before work begins. - For commissions valued above EUR 5,000, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery. 3.3 Revisions - The client is entitled to 3 revision rounds during the sketch or draft phase. - Additional revisions may incur extra fees. 3.4 Timeline - Delivery times are estimates and may vary. - Typical delivery time ranges between 2-8 weeks depending on project scope.
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
The artist retains full copyright to all artwork unless explicitly transferred in writing. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased. Artwork may not be used for: - Resale or merchandising - NFTs or blockchain use - AI training or datasets - Commercial promotion or advertising - Alteration or redistribution
5. Portfolio & Promotion Rights
The artist reserves the right to display commissioned work in portfolios, social media, exhibitions and promotional materials unless a confidentiality agreement has been agreed in writing.
6. Commercial Licensing
Commercial usage requires a separate written licensing agreement and additional fees.
7. Digital Products & Downloads
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. By purchasing digital content, the customer: - Consents to immediate delivery - Waives the 14-day right of withdrawal Digital downloads are non-refundable.
8. Physical Products (Prints, Books, Paintings)
8.1 Shipping - Orders are processed within 3 business days. - Shipping times are estimates. - International buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. 8.2 Returns - Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. - Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
9. Performances & Bookings
9.1 Booking Confirmation - Dates are confirmed upon payment of a booking fee or deposit. 9.2 Cancellation Policy - Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event date. - Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be rescheduled once. - If the artist must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered for: - Completed commissions - Digital downloads - Change of mind after work has started Refunds may be issued if the artist cancels or cannot deliver the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
The artist is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, printing/color differences, shipping delays, or misuse of artwork. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.
12. Force Majeure
The artist is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, family emergencies, natural disasters, or technical failures.
13. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be handled by Dutch courts.
